Lifeline - : a 24-hour telephone counselling line for crisis support and suicide prevention. Lifeline also offers a range of self-help resources and an online crisis support chat service available 7pm – 4am, 7 days a week.

The MyGrief App which is produced by the Australian Centre for Grief and Bereavement

The Mindspot Clinic - : a free telephone and online service for Australians dealing with stress, worry, anxiety, low mood or depression

Talk to your GP who can refer you on to counselling with a psychologist if you need it. The government has increased the number of sessions to 20 in response to COVID-19 because they’ve recognised the heightened distress that people are experiencing during the pandemic;

If you prefer, you can also get in touch with our researcher Serra (​) who can guide you towards appropriate bereavement counselling services.
